While painting will always be my first true love, new art forms bring on the thrill of discovery, trial and error, and aha moments. Printmaking uses different tools to make plates and prints. Plus, seeing how printing different colors of ink on different colors of paper can transform a singular print into something more, suddenly becomes a multi-tiered lesson in color theory and the Elements of Art.
